- Hot Cycles supplies within New Zealand only
- Any return of goods is subject to our returns policy.
- Online payment terms are credit card or Paypal (NZD) only, however payment can be arranged via cash / EFTPOS / bank deposit (please contact us).
- A street address will be required for courier delivery
- All prices include GST
- Products may differ slightly from items pictured
- Prices current at time of publishing but are subject to change without notice.
- Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Privacy
The information provided as part of the checkout process is used for the purposes of fulfilling order only. Hot Cycles does not store or have access to your credit card number, as it is processed directly with Paypal. Paypal's terms and conditions apply.
To keep existing customers informed we will hold your name and address on file. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive further information.
Return and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item but it must be within 7 days of purchase. The product must be in a saleable condition (as determined by Hot Cycles), in its original packaging together with all accessories and proof of purchase in order to obtain a refund at the original purchase price. Courier costs are non-refundable.
